I think I got the undead glowy effect down finally.
Spray white, two coats of Didi's Magic Ink Green, a heavy drybrush of Reaper Pro Paint Pine (or Emerald...I can't remember and it was just last night!)/Leather White (Pro Paints are no longer available. Followed by a lighter drybrush of Leather White with a touch of whichever green mixed in. They I lightly used Didi's Magic Ink Red for the eye sockets. The bases aren't my best work, but they'll do. Angry Skeletons are from Mantic Games Kings of War Undead line.
